We then ring around our suppliers to get the best prices on all the required materials ensuring that they are the best quality possible.

We then put together a clear quotation which explains all aspects of the project and costing to the client.

If my quote is accepted, I then try and give them a clear date of when the work will be completed and how long it will take. 

I always ensure that clients are kept completely up to date with progress once the work has commenced.
